US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all forms of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 workers.
The acquired business will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, top product traces and adding additional service capabilities to this space. We are very desperate to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five locations all through the United States, and more than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 workers.
