Partners set to scale entry to solar-powered irrigation options in Senegal

Following a profitable pilot challenge, InfraCo Africa, a part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has signed a Shareholders’ Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Bonergie Irrigation SAS (Bonergie Irrigation) to continue supporting the size up of the project.
Under the new agreements, InfraCo Africa will maintain a large minority shareholding in Bonergie Irrigation, committing an additional US$2.four million to considerably scale up farmers’ access to top quality irrigation options in Senegal.
