AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump supplier to the chemical, meals and pharmaceutical industries and for water treatment and general industrial purposes.

Pumpegruppen is เกจแรงดัน -service pump specialist representing manufacturers together with Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The company is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group strategy to increase the product and repair providing in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a robust customer base and a sound progress potential,” said Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
Under the leadership of CEO and former proprietor Erling Olsen, Pumpegruppen will proceed to operate beneath its current title whereas being part of the AxFlow Group.
“This is a very exciting opportunity for us at Pumpegruppen, and I look ahead to growing the business additional with AxFlow,” stated Olsen.
