AxFlow has acquired Pumpegruppen A/S, a Danish pump supplier to the chemical, meals and pharmaceutical industries and for water therapy and general industrial applications.

Pumpegruppen is a full-service pump specialist representing manufacturers including Grundfos, Wilden, FTI and Speck. The firm is headquartered in Lyngby, 10 km north of Copenhagen, and has another base in Rønde in Jutland.
“The acquisition of Pumpegruppen is well-aligned with our group technique to broaden the product and repair offering in Denmark. Pumpegruppen has a strong buyer base and a sound development potential,” said Søren Weihrauch, CEO of AxFlow A/S.
