Evoqua Water Technologies has entered right into a definitive agreement to acquire Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, manufacturer and servicer of custom excessive purity water treatment tools.
Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering offers water treatment services and products, including filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, knowledge centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical device and microelectronics markets. เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดความดันคือ has more than 1,200 prospects in North America.
Evoqua says that the acquisition will enhance its portfolio of excessive purity water remedy systems and broaden its service footprint in North America.
