Hayward Tyler Inc and its sister firm Energy Steel have been awarded multi-million greenback contracts to support the ITER project in France.

Hayward Tyler’s contract covers variable drive booster pumps while Energy Steel will provide sixty two solenoid valve and cubicle packages.
The ITER project is a joint worldwide analysis and growth project to reveal the scientific and technical feasibility of fusion energy. The demonstration facility is underneath development in St-Paul-lez-Durance in France, and would be the largest fusion experimental reactor on the earth.
Hayward Tyler’s booster pumps shall be an integral a part of the drying system for the Tokamak Cooling Water System (TCWS). The pumps might be designed, constructed and tested at Hayward Tyler Inc in Colchester, Vermont, USA.
Hayward Tyler and Energy Steel are each part of the Engineered Pumps and Motors Division of Avingtrans plc.
