ไดอะแฟรม between Norway’s PG Flow Solutions and Germany’s Hermetic-Pumpen GmbH has secured its first contract to deliver two hermetically sealed pumps to a newbuild LNG facility.
“This contract, which includes pumping lean amine, underlines canned pump solutions’ potential inside fast-growing green power industries,” stated Erland Haugan, supervisor of PG Flow Solutions’ sales division. “The market is shifting in path of extra green vitality in which both pumping of CO2 as well as auxiliary pump methods for hydrogen production come into play as key components. Here, a canned pump answer is the technically most preferred resolution.”

Under the partnership, PG Flow Solutions will integrate Hermetic-Pumpen’s canned pumps into its market providing.
“The partnership with Hermetic-Pumpen is our response to increased customer demand for unmanned operations, lower lifecycle operating costs and green power pump options,” explained Steve Paulsen, CEO of PG Flow Solutions.
“The operational advantages of airtight pumps are apparent. We are already prequalified to use the technology on unmanned oil and gas platforms on the Norwegian continental shelf,” added Haugan.
