Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and gas markets.
The two companies have signed a joint settlement that may bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers collectively underneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
